San Fernando, CA (April 25, 2008) - Precision Dynamics Corporation (PDC), the global leader in automatic wristband identification, announces the appointment of Robert Holmes as Director, Global Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance. In his new position, Holmes will lead the department administering and developing the improvement of process and product quality. He will establish and implement a quality system applicable to regulatory standards, and also provide oversight of the QA laboratory, document control, and environmental health programs.

Holmes brings over 20 years of experience in regulatory affairs, operations activities and quality assurance. Before joining PDC, he held positions with increasing responsibility in various areas including Director of Quality and Technical Operations, Director of Manufacturing and most recently as Director of Manufacturing Services for JBL Professional. In this capacity, Holmes was responsible for Quality, Manufacturing Services and Facilities at Harman’s corporate headquarters in Northridge, CA.

Holmes holds a Bachelors degree from California State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He also has earned his certification in Total Quality Management from San Diego State University and he is a Certified ISO Lead Auditor.
