San Fernando, CA (October 26, 2005) – Irwin Thall, RFID Manager for Healthcare at Precision Dynamics Corporation (PDC), a global leader in automatic wristband identification, will join a panel discussion on “Pharmaceutical, Cold Chain Distribution and Healthcare,” at the RFID Industry Forum on October 26, at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). RFID Industry Forum is presented by the UCLA Wireless Internet for the Mobile Enterprise Consortium (WINMEC).
 
The panel discussion will examine cold chain distribution for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, discussing challenges and benefits involved in implementing such a process. RFID for improved patient safety in hospitals will also be discussed.
 
Thall will be joined on the discussion panel by Fred Christensen, Marketing Executive at IBM, and Jeff Richards, President and CEO at R4 Global Solutions.
